WWW.CivicVolunteer.com is designed to connect high school students living in West Hempstead and Island Park with community service opportunties.  Click on the "View Opportunities" tab above or the link below to see which community organizations are looking for volunteers.  You could also get up to the minute volunteer requests by subscribing or joining the civic volunteer group on Facebook.

Is your group organizing an event or planning a project?  Why not get help from a high school student living in our community!  Click on the "Submit Opportunities" tab above or the link below and complete the simple form.  Your volunteer requests will be listed on the website.  Opportunities will also be submitted to the West Hempstead High School guidance office.
